Villa's in Son Xoriguer

'The Villa is one of many situated in a quiet estate 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest beach. The property we stayed in (located towards the centre of the estate) exceeded our expectations. The Villa was surrounded by both real and artificial privacy screen/fencing meaning that when using our own pool, sunbathing etc etc we were not being overlooked by our neighbours. 'Pros: Great view and location'

'Onze ervaring in de villa was helaas teleurstellend. De accommodatie is duidelijk *niet goed onderhouden*. Veel apparatuur is *verouderd en werkt niet naar behoren*, wat erg jammer is gezien de verwachtingen. De *schoonmaak liet veel te wensen over* – hoekjes, deuren en details waren erg vies en het lijkt alsof er alleen oppervlakkig wordt schoongemaakt "voor het oog". Zonde, want de locatie heeft potentie, maar zo verliest het echt zijn charme.'

'Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est spacieuse et la chaleur ne se fait pas trop ressentir (clim dans les chambres). le propriétaire a été très réactif concernant la piscine qui nécessitait un nettoyage à notre arrivée. elle est bien située, avec des plages à proximité et quelques commerces.Ce qui nous a gênés, c'est l'équipement de la cuisine, qui manquait cruellement de verres, et autres accessoires (plats de cuisson, bols...). 'The villa was everything we hoped for ! The location is nice as it's not too far from everything on the island. The villa itself was great ! Nice and clean, a lovely pool with sun loungers and a great barbecue. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay! It definitely had the holiday vibe we were after.'
