'It was a brief stay for us, arriving on Friday afternoon, out with friends for the evening and left 6.30am Saturday. However, we were amazed at what we git for the money. Bedroom with extra large bed, 2 arm chairs. Kitchen with table, 2 chairs, fridge, dishwasher etc., dressing room. Unfortunately, probably due to restrictions put on the building, the bathroom was on the small side to the point where there was no space for a door on the shower just a curtain. I would definitely stay again and...

'The rooms come with the charm of an old building, so you will have improvise a little. But possible disappointment by entering the premises is immediately forgotten after meeting with the owner/hotelmanager and tasting the food he serves. He really cares about people and makes you soon feel at home. Value for price too!'

'We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door. 'Loved this place team are welcoming and very friendly. Menu is great so many different choices, I am on a diet and broke it for the delicious dishes. My room had Aircon which was a major bonus as it was 32. I have a bad knee which they accomadated for. Would stay again. Thank you'
