'A beautiful propertyu with great ocean views.'

'The property overall was very nice. The condo was excellent, very well kept. There are enough pools so you don’t feel crowded and easy access to the beach. The Pelican Cafe has good options for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely choose this location again when visiting Destin. Bob is a great host, his response time to message is great. Overall, very pleased!'

'Not at all what we expected. Looked better in pictures-condo needs lots of updates. Who does the room checks? Very nice view. Lots of noise. Very dated and worn looking..Living room and bedroom TV’s were not operational. Beds were old and very uncomfortable-sheets were thin and worn-no pillowcases in smaller bedroom and no blankets to be found anywhere. 'Amazing property, views, beach and water! We saw sooo many aquatic animals from our balcony and while swimming. If you to Destin, you must stay here!'

'We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!'

We didn’t get in the pool because we only came for two days but it seemed like the kids were enjoying it. I’m already, ready to plan our next trip. Great food options in the area and close to anything you need. This room was clean and we had an...

'This unit is everything as described. Our 2nd time staying here. My only complaints are that master mattress is way too soft and dips in the middle.'

'Was a very nice place with easy assess to beach/ocean view. Would recommended. Very easy reserve and process to make our stay great!'

'Place was clean, good location(close to the beach), kitchen appliances were great, beach toys available, comfortable beds.'
