Flats in Skidaway Island

'Very clean and big enough for what we needed. Renters should know bunks are not for anyone over 100lbs but top bunk has no rail. Everything was fine but the tub does not drain well and the only bed with a comforter was the king. All other beds only had sheets. We did notify them after our first night and they offered to bring us some. There is also only parking for ONE vehicle. Owner is very responsive! It is a small space but super cute and well appointed. '

'There was ease parking here and entering the condo. There's a short walk to the beach from the pool area. We felt very safe there and slept great. THANKS for the stay!'

'This place was very clean and pleasant. Nice view of the pool. Although our weather wasn't the greatest we were only able to use the pool once during our stay and Beach had a lot of turbulence due to Coastal wind from storms. Which didn't make for pretty ocean waters. First day we was able to see dolphins from the pier which is exciting. There wasn't many shells found on the beach during my stay. Our host was awesome to work with she answered all of our concerns.No issues with our stay except...

'Property was very nice, well provisioned and clean. The only negative was that there is not a closet in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect. We all enjoyed hanging in the living room and having a nice size table to enjoy breakfast. Location was perfect to park at Coligny Beach parking to catch the shuttles to the RBC Heritage!'
