'The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal but a little different...'

'This condo was in the perfect spot on the island. Easy walk to the beach & pool right outside our door. It was well furnished with anything you need in the kitchen. We had a mixup at checkout (our fault completely), but he was gracious and understanding. Very hospitable!'

'As advertised. Clean spacious and comfortable. A bigger pan for a bigger party would help. Regardless we made it work! Pool was within 100ft with the call for door code keeping it from becoming overcrowded. Everything very close by. There not kidding when they write two cars max. There is NO free parking on Tybee Island!'
