« My husband and I had a great visit to Hilton Head Island. Kendall was a fantastic host and communication with her was very easy and timely. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed. Kendall also had available two beach chairs and a beach umbrella which was much appreciated. « My husband and I love staying in Kendall's condos.This was our first stay in this one, and it was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning to view the ocean. We took advantage of the bikes and did not rent a car on this trip. The location is the best part..... just steps to the beach! Kendall was very responsive and accommodating. We'll be back! »

« The rental was as described. Very clean, updated, and comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor and super quiet. Access to the beach was the best! Thanks for providing chairs and an umbrella. « Loved everything about our stay at this villa. The decor was very nicely done. The bathroom and shower had everything you needed. I had my hairdryer but in case I didn’t, there was one there for guests to use. I had beach towels and a cooler bag but for those that didn’t, they were provided by the hosts for guests for use during their stay. « The location is great! The condo is right on the beach and easily walkable to the Coligny area. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfy. It is quite small, but was comfortable for two adults. We enjoyed the deck and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Just up the street is a bike rental place and there was storage for the bikes under the parking area. »

« Our 1st time to Hilton Head and not our last! There was 5 in our family with 3 kids(21,16,16). It was cozy. Our girl is 5’3 and slender and could accommodate the bunk well, her twin brother(taller, and more stockier, fit and didn’t complain because that was his own fault. « This was a great spot, steps from the beach, great view of the ocean, and just a two minute drive to all the activity at Coligny. Had a great time. Kendall was very responsive in answering questions and providing information for a smooth check in and check out. The cookies were a nice touch

« We have a great time in Hilton Head staying at this property. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The management of the property was great as well and quick to respond to all of our questions. « This is the second time we have stayed at this particular condo, but the first time in this unit. We really like the location. It is walking distance to the Tiki Bar without being over crowded.
