'Well when i got their they said I didn't booked a lodge, they placed me and my mrs upstairs bare in mind my fiance as got physical disabilities where she struggling to walk up stairs, the staff wasn't engaging with us, and left us to defend our self's, would never recommend anyone to go to this site'

'Good all round stay'

'It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money.'

'Vriendelijk personeel en schoon maar een deprimerende kleine kamer aan achterzijde waar je je billen niet kon keren in douche, wc bril los zat en 3de bed niet in te slapen viel. Uitzicht door klein raampje op vuilcontainers. Ontbijt uitgebreid Engels maar als je dat niet lustte alleen stukje toast met jam. Jammer verwachtte toch wat meer. Vraag naar kamer met zeezicht als je boekt!!!!! Dan lijkt het mij in ieder geval leuker.'

'We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.'

'Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

'We had a few issues with getting messages from the host forwarded on to us, but this was down to the listing sites not the host. Once we were in contact with Paul the host he was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very helpful and informative. The caravan was fantastic. It was clean, well equipped and extremely well located. We will definitely be visiting again.'

'I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain. The floor was very dirty and...

'The room it itself has peeling wallpaper, there was constantly a sound of water as if someone left the tap on somewhere, shower was freezing despite the hot water dial being on full coffee sachets and sugar sachets where very lumpy as if water leaked into the paper packaging, Also there is a lift but its not working, the last time I checked this can contravene disability laws Please note I did check if the water noises wasn't just coming from my room and corridor it was everywhere The last...
