'This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. '

'We stayed for 10 days in Paradis Caraibes. While it is a two bedroom, it is a perfect stay for 2 people. Large master bedroom and bath. Great location. Steps to the beach and a short walk into Grand Case for restaurants, bars and shopping. While it is a little dated, everything was in good working order. Nice refrigerator, kitchen appliances, plates and silverware. Plenty of hot water. The patio was excellent.'

'The room was just as pictured, but there was even more space than anticipated. The views were absolutely stunning and I wish I could go back to having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by John or Stacy. The kitchen was nicely stocked, but the blender didn't work and needs to be replaced. I appreciated that the room included a few beach towels and chairs. '

'The condo and admenities were amazing! This was our first time in St. Maarten and we were unsure of where to stay on the island. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this condo! It was in an amazing location with our favorite beach (Mullet Bay) just a minute walk. The beach in front of the condo was also one of our favorites. So many places to eat within walking distance/short car ride. We will be back! '

"Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."
