Flats in Sint Maarten

'We had never been to SXM before so we weren’t really sure where to stay in relation to beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc…this place was the perfect location to all of that. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 and the resort itself was beautiful. The infinity pool, private beach, location to Mullet bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.'

'Location was great with excellent views of the ocean from both balconies. The unit provided lots of space for 4 people. The air conditioning worked great and beds were very comfortable! Disappointed that the pool bar was not open during our stay which was not made clear when booked. Although there is a lot of restaurants within walking distance, there is not suitable sidewalks/walking paths and often have to walk in the street..'

'Great place and amazing ocean view. The apartment is clean and spacious. Nice quiet getaway location. Away from the crowd, close enough to the dock and supermarket. You can’t go wrong with this space. Pool is very convenient. The breeze and sound of the waves are soothing.'

'From the moment we checked in until the moment we left we were amazed by the gorgeous views. Check in with Stacey was a breeze and the location was conveniently located near restaurants, bars and the Maho Market. The only problem with our stay was that it was not long enough. We can’t wait to visit again.'

'This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Concierge check-in was very easy and we appreciated the drinks and snack provided on arrival. The garage parking in the building was so convenient. The space was spotless with a midweek housekeeping refresh. The apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay with a fully appointed kitchen to beach towels and beach/pool toys. 'My stay was awesome, location was perfect and the property was very clean. Only complaint was the hot water but it wasn't really a big deal. Definitely will not mind staying at this location. '
