Sinds ik Singapore regelmatig als vakantieland aandoe, was het altijd een droom in het Fullerton te verblijven. Zo gezegd zo gedaan. Het is een mooi statig gebouw, heel klassiek. Goede faciliteiten in de omgeving. Leuke avond service van het personeel dat je kamer voor de 2e x tijdens de dag in orde wordt gemaakt. Personeel was over het algemeen gezien prima, sommige die waren wat minder qua service verlenen. Ontbijt was prima, af en toe wel het gevoel dat de cakjes en muffins soms wat te oud en droog waren.

Beautiful and quiet hotel in the CBD. I loved my stay here and would definitely come back. Only one complaint - couldn’t get my tablet to connect to the WiFi. Wasn’t clear how to get help with the problem. This was annoying but I took advantage of a few days break from email…

The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us.

It’s always wonderful to walk into the front door of the Fullerton especially after a long trip. A beautiful large hotel with a botuque feel. And walk out the door to an excellent Asian cultural museum and a fun walk around the lake to great seafood meal.

Best stay we’ve had and we’ve been to a lot! Highly recommend it for a full vacation experience from a very attentive and friendly staff that pays attention to the smallest detail that might make you happier to the beautiful grounds and top notch cleanliness.
