Located right across the pedestrian street from the Piazza del Campo, it is surprisingly quiet, even during the Palio festivities. Katia is a delightful host, and was helpful in every way. She is an excellent communicator. It is a very discrete entrance -- see photo -- look for the small "35" on the building. Highly recommend! '

'Ho prenotato per motivi di lavoro. Appartamento situato in paese a 15 minuti a piedi dall’ospedale. Bagno privato, dotato di piccolo angolo cottura e frigorifero. Pulizia impeccabile giornaliera. Silenzioso e tranquillo, ideale per un soggiorno di lavoro/studio.'

'Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en grande partie rénové. Les extérieurs doivent encore l’être et dénotent. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. '

'Ein super schönes Zimmer, sehr zentral mitten in Montepulciano. Es gibt einige Stufen zu überwinden und es gibt kein Lift (oft an diesem Orten wegen der alten bauweise) aber wie gesagt dafür tolle Lage und ein sehr schönes Zimmer - kann ich nur empfehlen.'

'Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. '
