« Bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, made the room smell bad, and yes we didn’t flush any toilet paper, informed the manager about it and nothing was done, wouldn’t stay here again. »

Beyond the comfort of the place, we experienced something truly special on a human level. The hotel manager is an incredible person — always attentive, available, kind, and welcoming. He took care of everything to make our stay perfect, organizing all our excursions so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

« The owners are fantastic hosts -- they go way above and beyond to give you the best experience!!! Not only do they provide a very clean and comfortable and extremely affordable place to stay, but they will walk around the community with you to show you highlights, they will help to arrange transportation, and offer suggestions of how and where to find what you are looking for!!
This is a very convenient place to stay if you are wanting to head into Otovalo. The Araque area and San Pablo area...
