« When we checked in to our room, the beds were not made and there was trash everywhere. The hotel had a bed smell. Tub was dirty. Breakfast had barely anything, but it was advertised as full. Do not stay here. »

« THEY ARE ACTIVELY IN THE MIDDLE OF RENOVATIONS BUT IT IS CLEAN. MS SAQUIL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! WAS EXTREEMLY HELPFUL WITH ANY REQUEST. THE HALLWAYS SMELL AMAZING!!! THE FREE "BREAKFAST" I HOPE MANAGMENT WILL GREATLY IMPROVE. THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE WHO GETS A LITTLE HOSTILE OVER THE MUFFINS. OVERALL WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. »

« This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...

« Hotel had mold and a barking dog. You're sent a message after check in telling Expedia NOT to call and ask for a refund under any circumstances. I suspect that people arriving and calling to ask to cancel their stay happens often. »
