'I paid extra for a room to accommodate 3 people, so there were 2 beds, there was a sofa that had no sheets not made up and stains. They knew from the call that I was staying with my mother not a partner. She needed a bed to herself for a good nights sleep before we were up at 5am to go next door to the hospital for her surgery. I slept uncomfortably on the couch because there was no bedding sheets or blankets. Very disappointed'

'Excellent place to stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. One of the best features was the underground parking, which made everything so convenient and secure. Having a washer and dryer available was also amazing, especially for a longer stay. Everything was well maintained, clean, and exactly what I needed.
