'Just a few suggestions. Much needed maintenance , would definitely be more attractive to rent if outside was pressure washed. Inside was ok except some dead bugs behind curtains. Just needs a good cleaning. Upstairs washer has a terrible smell in it. And living room very hot maybe a mini split in that room would be nice.We loved pool and home is very close to ocean Beach is very beautiful and private.'
