'Beautiful hotel in a great and quite location of Kyoto. Upon arrival our forwarded luggage was waiting for us on our well appointed executive room, it was big enough for our family of three.Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the most gorgeous view to the mountains. Walking distance to Gion and so many temples. Service at the hotel is top notch. And the shuttle bus to/from the station is a great addition. Could not have stayed in a better place than this. We will certainly recommend...

'Excellent buffet breakfast. One free drink pppn. On arrival I could not check in, "system error ". I was tijd to come back later"maybe then check in possible ". In the evening live music, creates nice atmosphere. Location close to kyoto station. Next time I would choose a hotel in a busy area like Gion'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water. Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel! Ook nog een pluspunt: dichtbij metrostation '
