« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night. Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »

« The venue is clean and provides everything for a night or two away as well as there been other nearby places to visit, eat or shop. The Staff were all very helpful and polite, every staff member interacted with greeted us first. They even went over and beyond expectations in relation to one of our party, who had severe food allergies. It's a great venue at a great price. »
