Fantastic front desk service! However, we did have to switch rooms once due to a rattling AC, but they were amazing about trying to fix it and when it didn’t work, they happily gave us another room. The pool there is one of the best pools I’ve been it! Clean, relaxing and lots of fun! The private beach was nice...
