'This property is a true gem. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach access. Lots of shops/ restaurants/ coffee shops within walking distance. Plenty of space for a large group with room to park multiple cars. We truly enjoyed the extras this house offers that most do not. 'On our multiple vacations to PCB, we have always stayed in a condo, but since our family has grown, we decided a house would be best. It was GREAT to have ample parking for our vehicles (3 but could probably fit 4) in the driveway, no searching for carts and making multiple trips to unload, no waiting in line for elevators, etc.. Just drive up to the front door and unload. The house is wonderful! We had 7 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages of 2-17 and had plenty of room. Kitchen is stocked...

'Clean and feet from the ocean. Owner is SUPER responsive. The AC unit went out the first night we where there and she had the repair guy there the next morning at 8am aand it was fixed with in 30 min and never gave us anymore problems. This is a GREAT rental.'
