'We arrived to a room with a toilet that didn't work. The front desk didn't contact me to move us. I had to go back to the front desk to find out about the new room assignment. Then, the new room was upstairs with no elevator and a single bed and a couch. We thought it was just the inconvenience of losing our two beds, but it got worse. 'We stayed at cabin 15, it’s perfect for just two people. It has a queen size bed, decent sized bathroom with shower/tub, a mini fridge and microwave. It’s inside its own little fenced space which I really liked, they have some chairs outside and a jacuzzi. The first pictures you see on the description show and in room whirlpool tub that is the reason why we rented in the first place that Room because it was our anniversary. That did not happen. The room was nice very cozy and everything else looked just like the pictures, but there was no tub in the room instead we had a shower within a bathroom.
