« Réservation non prise en compte, quand nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait plus de chambre pour nous et il a été extrêmement difficile de convaincre le personnel de trouver une solution (cela a pris entre deux et trois heures). Rapport qualité prix très faible, très mauvais matelas, endroit bruyant, peu confortable, à un prix où l'on trouve de bons hébergements à Belgrade. »

My flight was too late and I had transportation problem comming to the hostel, but the manager made sure that there was some one waiting for me. I call that 10/10 service.
