8.4 van 10, Zeer goed, (1.271 beoordelingen)
'Arrived at 4:00pm for check-in. Waited in line about 20 minutes. Then we were told our room wasn't ready. They changed our room, and it should be ready in 20 to 30 minutes and they would call us. After 2 hours, we went to reception, and were told our room still wasn't ready. Now it's 6:30 and we have a concert at 8:00. After about 10 minutes, they found a room on a different floor. At check-out, we asked for a late check-out and were told by Samantha, the only person that was rude our...

'Overall property was a nice resort. However, turndown service for the room was not automatic and apparently had to be specifically requested at check-in. Otherwise nobody will come to the room to clean it up and switch towels.'

'Een meer dan prima hotel. Schoon, mooi en net hotel op een fantastische plek. Natuurlijk geldt de plek niet voor iedereen als pluspunt, want het ligt echt in the middle of nowere. Maar voor ons was dit prima naar een paar dagen Vegas. Echt een fantastische kamer met een nog mooier uitzicht.'

'All of the staff was not very informative of the property and the amenities when you ask, the answers were just not firm and confident , basically passing it off to somebody else, for instance, where is the ice machine, the Bellman should've offered to get it. It was literally 20 steps away and your in our room anyway , our room was fine, our bed was quite comfortable, but for 300+ just think that the amenities should have been better. There was no vanity mirror. Our room was never serviced. We...
