'The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. '

'The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. 'We really enjoyed staying at this specific rental! One thing that we noticed was that on the listing description it was not known to us that the two levels did not connect on the inside which was no big deal but it would have been good to know when booking the property! Another concern of mine was the flies, they were everywhere so putting in some fly traps would easily help with that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and come back to stay!'

'We were happy with the view and were pleasantly surprised with the open concept. It was nice to chat with eachother whether sitting at the dining table, kitchen stools or living room. Some things looked like it needed an upgrade but nothing we were concerned with. I would like to note that the bathroom sinks drained rather slow. Overall all guests were happy with everything. No complaints. Perfect for a girls trip!'
