'This was the first time we stayed at this location and the kids are already talking about a return trip! The property was very neat and clean when we arrived. Check in was easy for us. There’s plenty of space for the family to spread out! Kitchen is well maintained and stocked with some essentials. We loved the location close to the front pool and shuffle board and Pickleball! Josie let us use chairs and pool noodles which was awesome! Josie was an amazing host!'

We were looking for a place at the beach where our grandkids could enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming in their own pool, and plenty of space in the home to spread out and not feel crowded. 'The house is beautiful and well stocked to begin your stay. Alan’s communication was clear and only as needed. The only down side was that the beach trolley only ran on the weekends and we were there mid week. '

'We loved our long weekend at the cottage. Beautiful property. Enjoyed being right on the water. There are 2 bikes and 2 kayaks available. Paul is a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend. '

'Beautiful home right on the bay. Plenty of room and everything you need. Beach access was so easy at Fenwick Island State Park but my teenagers just walked to the beach as it’s only a mile away. The community pool was so nice to end our days and having 2 great restaurants a stone’s throw away was a nice bonus. Eric was instantly responsive! '

'We were very happy with how clean this property was, and with how much space it had. The screened in porch and large bedrooms were great. It is also conveniently located with access to good restaurants, beaches, Bethany Beach, Ocean City, and Assateague Island. 'House was big and beautiful, however it was one of the first houses done in a new development. There were lots of people working and running the house and back yard at 7am- about 6-7pm. Construction noises all day long, and the pool and park area were not completed. Overall very nice place just wouldnt reccomend for a few months until Construction dies down alittle and you can actually enjoys the space your paying for!'
