Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, nature trails with observation towers, and a dog park. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming. At the home itself, spend mornings sipping coffee in your screened sunroom or watching the world go by from the front porch, then step inside to whip up a delicious breakfast when hunger strikes. The modern, full kitchen opens onto the dining and living areas, making it easy to gather as a group during meal prep. Grab a seat at the large, pub-height dining table, then pop the dishes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Hop on one of the many provided bikes and spend the day exploring on two wheels. When you return, cool down in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer does its work. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center.
