Throughout the house you'll find stylish, upscale furniture atop hardwood floors, chic light fixtures, exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams & more. There is a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with waterfront views. The kitchen features an oven with warming drawer, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your other kitchen needs. A washer and dryer is conveniently located off the kitchen for the convenience of our guests. The great room has an antique brick fireplace, custom wood cabinetry, a game table, a large flat screen TV, ample seating and incredible waterfront views. The kitchen, great room and master suite have Vermont maple floors, wooden, vaulted post and beam ceilings, waterfront views and access to the back porch that runs the full length of the house. The master bedroom suite features a plush king bed, luxury bedding, an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, large tub with jets, and an oversized shower. On the level below, four bedrooms offer ample space for guests.

Guest bedroom 1, there is a full-size bed with ample closet space, a comfortable chair for reading, and a half-bathroom. Windows offering natural light overlook the porch. Guest bedroom 2 offers two twin beds set in a spacious, carpeted room with a sitting chair and ample closet space. Guest bedroom 3 features a spacious, comfortable king bed. There are sliding glass doors with balcony access and stunning views of the Bohicket River. Guest bedroom 4 has a two queen beds and waterfront views from the balcony. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is driveway parking, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is also garage access.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island offers access to private amenities for guests obtaining an Amenity Card. These cards offer access to on-island dining, the beach club pool, tennis and paddleball, golf, and the equestrian center. Amenity cards, that offer guests access to the pools, dining on the island, tennis and golf, are optional. They are available at a cost of $55 per day per family. There are additional fees for certain activities (a round of golf, trail rides, dining, etc.) but an Amenity Card is needed to access these amenities. Cards can be obtained prior to and the beginning of your stay. Once reserved, we will provide information on obtaining these cards. Should you choose to opt-out of obtaining an Amenity Card, the outdoor Lakehouse pool and beaches are available for your enjoyment. The Amenity office can issue a limited card to access that pool. Equestrian center rides can also be obtained without the card by paying with a credit card. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. We can send these to our guests in advance. Regarding vehicle parking, there is driveway parking, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is also garage access.
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

I love this house so much! The views, the privacy, the dock, the space, the light - it's all gorgeous! Plus having the ability to go to the Seabrook Island club is huge. Will definitely rent this again.

We did a girls reunion and Ann was BEYOND helpful getting us situated! House was clean, well stocked w pots/pans, and we’d absolutely stay again! Only note is the room w two beds are two fulls and not queens. Thank you!

Seabrook island
Beautiful property, great view, private location with some nice wildlife roaming property. Suggest working on internet if you want repeat business from corporate types that need to balance work and play. Current internet has inconsistent connection. Hot spots on phone should not be better than home internet. Lastly property in many portions of home are dark at night suggest adding lighting in bedrooms and main living room. None of these items would be disqualifying items for a repeat stay but were comments by folks participating in stay. Would also recommend d adding information to “check in” procedure that if you arrive after 3:00 pm island access passes will automatically be transferred to guard shack for pick up.

Great property - had unfortunate miscommunication issue with property managers
The house and location were beautiful and the group had a great stay. There was an issue with condensation inside the home with the AC - it created mildew/mold on the ceiling and was dripping on the couch and on the bed in a bedroom. When the property manager was contacted, they were apologetic and offered to have the group change homes and said that they would offer compensation for the inconvenience. The group elected to stay, and avoid the areas where the water was dripping. When we followed up about the compensation offered they management office said:
"There was never a need to move properties or discuss a refund as the issue never escalated to this. It was identified and corrective steps were taken."
The issue was not corrected as the AC dripped water from the ceiling the entire stay and there was mold/mildew present which shows that it was an on-going issue, not from a door or window left open.
While the management company may have felt that a refund was not necessary, both moving homes and compensation were offered, so it created an expectation that was clearly not met and the management company took a defensive stance when asked about the potential refund, which left a bad taste.
The issue was not corrected as the AC dripped water from the ceiling the entire stay and there was mold/mildew present which shows that it was an on-going issue, not from a door or window left open.
The house is great, but our group would not rent with Sandpiper in the future.
