'It was very clean and well-kept. It was a great stay for the price.'

'Stayed for the weekend. House was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Walked to the beach and Seabrook club each day. Saveurs du Monde cafe was great for breakfast and coffee in the AM. Wild life abound around the property…..deer, armadillos, hawks and other birds were seen from the deck.'

'The house was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. There were five of us and we all had own own bed. Located right next to the crabbing dock which has an amazing Sea Marsh view. The kitchen and living room were a great place to cook dinner, socialize and play games.While walking to the beach is somewhat far, its easy to bike there or a very short car ride.(The price of "beachfront" houses are pretty steep, and on the northern end you'd still have to walk a way to get to the beach)....

'The villa is beautiful. I loved the paintings in the primary bedroom. The walk to the beach is right in behind the villa, right off the porch. Having access to the amenity card was so helpful. Thank you. We lived our stay and will return in the future.'

'We chose the Villa for our 6 guest, which included family and friends. My mother is 88 and lived in Kiawah for many years before moving out west. We go back to the Islands each year and stay somewhere different. This was perfect for all of us. The back screened in porch and outside eating area is where we spent most of our time for our 3 night stay. Nice views and one floor made this a perfect stay.'

'The condo was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch. The furniture was attractive and comfortable. Our only complaint was they left only one dishwashing tab for a week long stay….and they wanted you to run the dishwasher before leaving, which meant they weren’t really providing any dishwashing tabs Also the hand soap at the kitchen sink was empty. Overall we had a wonderful visit and would come again.'

'Pros: Coffee maker, French press and pre stocked coffee. Deservedly high marks for this alone. Lock box checkin process was simple (as opposed to key pick up off site) Home-y feel. Clearly a family friendly feng shui. Overall elicits cozy feels. Ceiling fan in master worked very well. Nice surrounding residential properties. Cons: Overkill is understated when used to describe the number of communications and instructions I received after booking. Literally 18 emails. Along the same...

'This house was a dream!! We have stayed in this area several times and this was by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The decor was to die for and it was well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The location was wonderful as well. We can't wait to return!'

'The house is clean and in a good location. Everything is as described. We had a few spiders inside in the bunk room but bug spray was on hand and seemed to take care of it.'
