Cons: Old dirty rooms. No maid came during our 2 nights stay. Dirty carpets Stained bedsheets Limited towels Breakfast not properly refilled. Several options missing. Limited seating area for breakfast. Dirty. Very small pool. Pros: Marcelo’s the best at front desk. Always smiling and helpful!

My wife and I stayed at the property for three nights and found it quite comfortable. When I had a minor issue, the host was very prompt and friendly in responding. We appreciated the proximity to Geneseo and to Letchworth State Park, and would happily stay there again if we return to the area.
