'Checked in to the first room and it wasn’t cleaned. Informed staff as they were awesome in fixing the issue. They immediately assigned us a new room and was still able to meet our accommodations. '

'Room was not clean, i had to sweep the floors. The shower nozzle spray water on the ceiling on the wall and on the floor it was an old nozzle.
No elevator for the hotel. We had to carry our luggage upstairs'

'The rooms were extremely nice and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay there again. There was some minor confusion when i first checked in as they wanted me to pay again but that was because the reservation didnt state it was a package deal on expedia.'

'Air didn’t turn on at all, the bathtub was stained and gross, the shower head was loose, tv didn’t turn on, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in dispensers, and I don’t think the room had been vacuumed in… well.. idk. Oh and the fridge didn’t work. Thank goodness I just needed a place to sleep for the night.'

'Staff claimed they could not initiate my incident fee refund because I booked through Expedia. However, I paid directly at the hotel and only used Expedia to schedule my stay. I have never had staff at any hotel claim this before.'

'Not easy to get to the elevator from the lobby. Water was out when we stayed there. It was fixed later but no coffee for breakfast. Other than that everything was okay for our stay.'
