'Checked in to the first room and it wasn’t cleaned. Informed staff as they were awesome in fixing the issue. They immediately assigned us a new room and was still able to meet our accommodations. '

'Air didn’t turn on at all, the bathtub was stained and gross, the shower head was loose, tv didn’t turn on, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in dispensers, and I don’t think the room had been vacuumed in… well.. idk. Oh and the fridge didn’t work. Thank goodness I just needed a place to sleep for the night.'

'Staff claimed they could not initiate my incident fee refund because I booked through Expedia. However, I paid directly at the hotel and only used Expedia to schedule my stay. I have never had staff at any hotel claim this before.'
