This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental cabin comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features essential amenities such as air conditioning, kitchen facilities, and a hot tub. Whether you want to hike through the scenic trails in Unicoi State Park, enjoy water activities at Lake Burton, or explore charming shops and restaurants in Helen, the Wanderlust Cabin serves as a perfect base for your adventures while enjoying the tranquility of Sautee Nacoochee.



NOTES:

Minimum age of renter is 25

DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.

Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet

Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste

Firewood is Available for Delivery. $39.96 plus tax for three bundles of firewood (Monday – Friday Only)

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year's holiday
