'The check-in process was efficient and welcoming, and I particularly appreciated the friendly interaction with the front desk staff. While the room was clean, the decor is somewhat dated. Additionally, the property is very pet-friendly, offering ample space to walk my dog conveniently on-site.'

'My suite was flipped for someone else when we arrived. Was given 2 other rooms in place since we had booked for 3 people. Walking to the room was far from the elevator and my husband is disabled'

'A bit musty. The bathroom fan was horrible. Very dated but clean cheap clean and good for a quick one night.'

'Breakfast was very good. Staff interaction was minimal but it was great when we did converse with them. The room was clean expect there were a few dead bugs in the one window. Not a big deal to me as I am surrounded by bush, and bugs are are just a part of life. Pool was nice and enjoyable. Hotel was clean as was the parking lot and surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.'

'This was formerly a very nice & well run place to stay in Sault Ste. Marie. Currently lots of deferred maintenance, beat up halls, carpets. elevators and other common areas, Antiquated bathrooms.'
