'The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction.'

'I found all the staff to be very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and comfortable..its a walk from Centennial park where we watched the fireworks. The one negative was having patio doors that didn't open . For our safety, which I understand, but still would have been nice to be able to step outside from our room. 'We stop in Sarnia on our way to Michigan and have stayed at the Four Points previously, but we have a teen boy and need a one bedroom suite and they didn’t have one this year, so we ended up in their Executive Suite. The parking and building entrances are a little bizarre. The hotel restaurant wasn't open around 8pm on a Monday. The front desk staff was a little curt, but mostly fine. The room itself was very clean, very modern, and well appointed. They have L’Occitane products and a Nespresso...
