We then discovered there was no elevator, which is completely unreasonable given that my husband had just been released from the hospital and should not have been climbing stairs. 'The check in was quick and the staff so friendly. The room was great and the bed comfortable. We had a great night sleep both nights. There was one very loud family letting their children run up and down the hall knocking on doors. Staff dealt with it right away. '
