Located just a few steps from the Santa Isabel Metro station and very close to the charming Barrio Italia neighborhood, you’ll have quick access to parks, universities, hospitals, shopping centers, museums, restaurants, and bars. Everything you need to enjoy Santiago is right at your fingertips.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a 42" TV with Netflix, and a 1.5-seater sofa bed. From the terrace, you can enjoy a Nespresso coffee in the morning or relax at sunset after exploring the city.

The bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after an active day. In the summer, you’ll find a large fan, bamboo blinds on the terrace, and blackout curtains inside that help keep the space cool and comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including basics like salt, oil, and vinegar. You’ll also find board games to enjoy fun moments with family or friends.

Important: Since the apartment is located on the 21st floor and does not have safety netting, it is not recommended for young children (ideally ages 10 and up). Adults are asked to exercise the utmost caution during your stay.

The building does not have its own parking lot, but we can help you arrange a parking spot for an additional fee, subject to availability (we recommend requesting this in advance).

Check-in is self-service via a key box, and we’ll be there to assist you at all times to ensure your experience is simple and enjoyable.
