'I've stayed several times at this building and this is one of the nicest of the units I've been in!!! It's an end unit and has extra windows. The place was clean, seemed recently renovated with neutral and cosy items. Had a beach vibe without being over done. It felt zen! This rental did NOT come with beach chair rentals but it's easily arranged with the beach chair company for cheaper than most other places on the beach. There is very spotty cell service in this area of the beach and this unit...

'This apartment has everything you need for a relaxt stay close to the beach and Seaside (15 minutes by bike!). The apt was clean and well maintained, with modern equipment. The owner was very nice and helpful. She gave us lots of useful information. Check in and out was very easy with our own code for locking and unlocking the door. Swimmingpool was also very nice. We recommend staying here!'

'Our stay at this property was amazing. This place is so close to the beach which made every day a beach day! We had a rental car, and so having a parking spot was a bonus. We only used the pool one afternoon after the beach, but it was clean and nicely kept. The apartment has the bare minimum of what you need as far as meal prep items. Lots of pots and pans and cookware, but since this is run by a property management group, nothing gets left behind food wise. So, get all the things you'll need...

The public beach access is just a couple blocks down, which we prefer because it has access to a bathroom. The condo was nice and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. 'The condo was in a great location with gorgeous ocean views and easy access to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy (a must) and the condo included the basics.
