'Beautiful condo thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to feel comfortable! (except a brew coffee pot) Perfect location for us. Close enough to the fun without being directly in it giving us a choice of engagement level. Very well decorated!!'

'Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. '

'Second year at this house. Our family loves it. Super convenient to beach and Seaside. We have multigenerations staying there and there is plenty of space for everyone. Grown-ups eat inside and kids eat outside where we can see them on the deck. Property manager is super on top of any need or glitch which is bound to happen.'

'Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can...
