'Great Property, Frontline, Good restaurant within 50 yards (MOS). Car Essential, Friendly helpful host, Local Shops with Supermarkets and wider choice of restaurants 10 mins in the car. Nice beach within 100 yards, walks into 'national park - 250 yards'

'The property is in a nice residential area. There is plenty of room and everything is nice and clean. The beds are comfy and there is loads of wardrobe space. The bars/shops are probably about a 5-minute walk to the nearest ones and a 10-minute walk to the main resort. If it was my property I would change the steps up to the door to get in from the outside area from metal to wood as these get very hot, you soon learn to put some footwear on! We've been twice now and would recommend it,'

'Prachtige plek tussen zee en natuurgebied, leuk ruim huis, dakterras heerlijk om te vertoeven, zelfs in februari. Erg rustig, volop privacy, althans in de winter ... Niet alle apparatuur werkte naar behoren maar dat was geen groot probleem, het grote bed was wat te hard naar onze smaak.'

'Het huis zag er schoon en netjes uit. Genoeg ruimte voor vijf volwassenen. Fijne rustige buurt. Lekker restaurant om de hoek. Philippe is een aardige eigenaar, die al de eerste boodschappen voor een ontbijt had gedaan. Erg gastvrij gebaar. Ook bij vragen was hij goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Minpuntje: het beddengoed rook niet allemaal even fris. Ws komt dit door de kasten waarin dit ligt, verkeerde verf op de kastplanken??? Dus de lakens zelf even gewassen.'

'Sehr schönes Haus, etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand, einkaufen, essen gehen. Schöner Pool und ein riesiges Grundstück zum laufen mit unserem Hund, der die wildlebenden Schildkröten sehr spannend fand. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Gastgeber mit Obst und Wasser, auch sehr gute Kommunikation und Betreuung durch Juan. Haus war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.'

'Van alles voorzien! Erg netjes en schoon. Zeer ongecompliceerde en aangename communicatie met verhuurder. Mooi locatie van apartment. Perfect voor een familie van 10 tot 12.'

'Villa biedt veel comfort en ruimte en een goede parkeermogelijkheid voor de auto(s). Aan het zwembad was het genieten. Strand is nabij, evenals een supermercado en het centrum van Can Picafort.'

'Had a fantastic stay at the villa, everything very good apart from (if i had to be picky) quite a few mosquitos, so take repellant, and maybe a bit of moderisation inside.'

'We had a nice time in this house. All worked well. But the place could need a bit of refurbishment and modernisation.'

'Overall impression was fantastic. We stayed at the finca for 6 days and it was absolutely stunning. The Host was super friendly and very helpful. The finca itself is traditionally build with lots of wood, which we enjoyed a lot. The pool was in good condition and was automatically cleaned daily. I would highly recommend to have a car since the finca is not close to the beach (1.6km). We had a great time and highly recommend this place.'

'Location was perfect - quiet, but 2 minutes from everything. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well thought out, to get the best mix of sun, shade and light. Lovely little touches all over the house. All very clean. The owners very kindly did some grocery shopping for us as we were arriving late in the evening - including a gift of a lovely bottle of local wine. 'Absolutely lovely stay in Can Picafort. Villa was gorgeous and close to bars, resturants and thw beach. The villa pool was perfect size and we had loads of room for everyone. The hosts were attentive and so freindly. I cant recommend the highly enough.'

'We had a great week - the villa is amazing and in a great location. With a couple of tiny tweaks it would be perfect. We are already looking at booking again! The area is ideal, v quiet but only 10 mins drive to Picafort.'
