The calendars are already available for bookings for the 2024 season (from the end of May to the end of October).

The ownership of this Holiday Home rents exclusively through the most important platforms and manages reservations directly, so availability is constantly updated.
Consequently it is not necessary to ask for confirmation before making a reservation.

Holiday home with a living area of approximately 100 m2, which can accommodate a maximum of eight people.
It is ideal for one/two families, two/three couples, or singles.

Internal Services:
- Kitchen complete with dishes, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee makers.
Supplied:
Tea towels and pot holders, tablecloths, cloth, sponge and dish detergent.
Fresh natural water bottle.
- Living room with satellite TV and fireplace.
- 1 bedroom with a separable double bed, a single bed and a remote-controlled fan.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a remote-controlled fan.
- Wooden mezzanine with two joinable single beds and a remote-controlled fan.
- 1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Supplied:
Mat and toilet paper.
- 1 toilet with sink.
- Cradle for newborns.
All beds, pillows and cot are equipped with sanitary covers.

External Services:
- Wooden veranda with table, chairs and swing.
- Barbecue with grill and accessories.
- Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
- Private and fenced parking space.
- Water reserve.
- Closest beach at around 30 m, natural and free, composed of both sand and rock spaces, which can vary depending on the sea storms.

Supplied for cleaning:
A bucket, a cloth and a floor stick.
An indoor broom, an outdoor broom and a dustpan.

Free wi-fi internet coverage inside and outside (courtyard) of the holiday home.

Prompt assistance is guaranteed 7 days a week.

In our fenced property of approximately 1000 square meters in total there is also another holiday home.
Each has a space of approximately 500 m2 available for exclusive and independent use.
They only share the main entrance to the car park, so one does not disturb the other.

The holiday home is located in the tourist area of Porto Pino, part of the municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi (SU), which is approximately 5 km away.
We are located in the Province of 'South Sardinia', on the south-west coast of the island.
It is possible to reach us via the Cagliari-Elmas airport which is approximately 90 km away, via the port of Cagliari which is approximately 100 km away, or via the ports of Olbia, Porto Torres and Golfo Aranci.

The holiday home is immersed in a forest of 'pine' trees, so it remains particularly cool in summer.
Just 30 meters away is the natural beach of Porto Pinetto and a few minutes on foot, or by car, the natural beach of Cala su Turcu.

While in the center of Porto Pino, there are the First and Second Beaches, the latter is characterized by the presence of sand dunes.
They can also be reached on foot or by car.
On these beaches there are both free spaces and spaces equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, bars and toilets.

In the center of Porto Pino there are also various activities, such as a market, parapharmacy, ATM, tobacconist, souvenirs, fishing items, bar, ice cream shop, restaurant, pizzeria.
You can also find bicycle, dinghy and quad rentals.
It is also possible to organize boat and horseback trips.

In the surroundings of Porto Pino it is also possible to visit other beaches, archaeological sites, mines, museums, caves.

The booking amount includes:
Electricity, water, gas and waste disposal costs.
Website commission.

No reservations/transactions are made outside of this website, as this is prohibited by their regulations.

Reservations are accepted exclusively from the end of May to the end of October.

Guests who cancel a reservation for reasons not provided or invalid are blocked by the system.

If not brought from home, sheets and towels are available to rent.
The rate is 15 Euros per person (for the entire stay).

Check-in is done by appointment starting from 4pm on the day of arrival, at a time agreed with the guests, which could be subject to change upon request of both.

Check-out is done by 10am on the day of departure.

It is not permitted to recharge electric/hybrid cars.
