From the villa it is a fairly long walk to any local amenities or to the beach. To access the villa there are 4 steps which are large and gravelled with sleepers as borders. The steps lead to a path which is 110cm wide, leading to the front door which is 89cm wide. The lounge/dining room door is 132cm, there are 3 steps down to the lounge from the hallway. The kitchen door is 73cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, the rest of the garden grounds are grassed and uneven. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom (first twin on your right) and bathroom doors are 80cm wide, the bathrooms are shower type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
