'Upstairs doors to terrace were unlocked and keys were not at home. Although we shared this with the owner, nobody brought the keys same day. Therefore we had to find another place to stay while we were in the island given security concerns. Due to owner’s attitude, I don’t recommend anyone staying here.'

'The house is at a top location at Formentera, near the beach and with spacious outdoor living areas for relaxing and eating for 8 people. Whenever you need the owner, there is quick and adequate response. My only advise would be to mention in the text of the advert that the price is different when you come with more than 6 people. We planned less than 6 at first but then decided to invite extra friends (because the house is for 8 people). When asking for extra bed-linnen one week before arrival...

'We had a great time staying here. Sven and his wife are great hosts. The pool is great. The house is light, spacious and very clean. And every you need is there. We were so grateful that we could check in earlier and a solutions was offered for the sleeping arrangments of my two sons. '

'We had a great time in Ibiza and at Luana en Lucianos casanita! They are by far the best host I have ever met. 'Alex was a great host and was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful view to wake up to every morning and I found the outside space to be very peaceful however the gates and electric wires were a bit of an eye soar.
