Woonboten in Sangat Island

'During our stay it was low season, so the hotel felt deserted at times (thought there was always staff there). However: The atmosphere must be amazing if there are more visitors. The pool area and gardens in the hotel are awesome and definitely a great place for children. The "restaurant" (which was actually the pool bar serving food) could improve a lot on quality though. Breakfast (in another place) is good though. The location of the hotel is currently still a bit a downer, as the Fernvale...

'World class service. Great food. And feeling of being taken cared of. '

'First off , the staff.. so so amazing. I had gotten food poisoning from a tour I did, and they were so helpful keeping me hydrated and had tablets to let me enjoy my vacation. The food options were great, many options. This can just be your stay without ever visiting town. The view was jaw dropping everyday. Aircon was strong , even had to turn it off it got so cold. Room was well kept , and no issues with mosquitos unless you kept door open. Cons might be the cost of getting into town, cost...

'Ze geven bij mensen aan dat het aan hotels.com ligt en zij geen kamers hebben. Hierdoor lokken ze mensen naar hun resort die 45min varen is op n prive eiland. '

'❤️🌴 My time at Sunlight Eco Tourism Island Resort was honestly one of those experiences I’ll remember for a long time. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and happiness that’s hard to put into words. The beauty of the island is simply breathtaking. Waking up surrounded by nature, enjoying the calm atmosphere, and being away from the usual hustle and bustle was exactly what I needed. There was something so refreshing and comforting about being there it gave me the chance to slow...

'I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Didn't knew it was included. Friendly staff and as there was no elevator it was very nice that the staff carried our luggage to our room. Breakfast tasted good and enough options to pick from. The restaurant in general was good and for a good price. Hotel was very helpful in planning activities although initially something went wrong with the agreed price but...

'Our family loved it. Genuine hotel and ownership with respect to nature and eco-sustainability. Great hospitality combined with excellent food. We enjoyed the scuba diving, kayak & snorkeling possibilities. '

'Het ontbijt was niet al te uitgebreid eenvoudig, bij de gerechten staat niet wat wat is, bedoel of het kip of vlees/varken is. Dat vond ik een min punt, voor de rest was alles goed.'

'This is far from the city so I booked this place after spending 2 days in downtown. The cottages are very private but so inconvenient if you want to go to the pool. It was a hike to get to the pool, also, unfortunately we had a post op family member, so she was not able to go. The pool was not maintained, paint in the pool was chipping and the water was murky. It was dirty(green), The post did not mention that the beach in their location was not swimmable. I was told I have to rent a boat to get...

'Amazing hotel, nice rooms, super friendly staff! And a amazing rooftop bar. Big 5 start rating!'
