Villa's in San Roque

'We had a fantastic time in the villa from Jan and Barbara. The welcomed us very friendly, and wanted to please us in everything. The refrigerator was well stocked. During our stay, Jan regularly asked, if we needed anything. The villa was very clean and privately located. The decoration is very stylish. Barbara has a good taste. 'The villa was fantastic. Clean, immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of garden and the swimming pool was great! Lots of space. Very quiet near the golf course. Would recommend.'

'Great house in a high end development with a lovely mix of a spacious well appointed house and gardens and some wonderful personal touches. Highly recommend.'

'The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however don’t mind the noise, the place is perfect.'

'Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade.'

'Family holiday with 6 adults and 5 children. Luxury villa with great pool and barbecue area.The outside area is excellent for dining and relaxing. The luxury villa is close to the beach and the town.'

'It is a lovely villa nestled peacefully on the edge of a small Spanish community a short walk from the beach and a reasonable walk along the beach to the old town. We all loved the pool and there was plenty of space inside and outside for a large group. It was very comfortable and relaxing . Estepona old town is beautiful and great to explore but we were always happy to get back to the villa.'

'A casa é muito ampla e tem quartos com boas áreas e um jardim enorme. Apenas queremos deixar uma crítica: os pratos e copos não são todos iguais. Mesmo sendo um grupo de apenas 6 pessoas não conseguimos ter 6 copos iguais de água, vinho ou champanhe. Os pratos também não são todos iguais. Pode parecer um pormenor mas entendemos que faz toda a diferença podermos ter uma mesa em que tudo é igual. Os restantes equipamentos funcionaram muito bem. Obrigado por tudo.'
