  • Welkom in onze villa aan zee in San Pedro de Alcántara, Costa del Sol. Deze woning van 350 m² biedt plaats aan 10 gasten in 5 en-suite slaapkamers, verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen met prachtig uitzicht op zee.



    Het grootste pluspunt is het buitengedeelte: verwarmd zwembad met veiligheidshek, ideaal voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen, omringd door een tuin met ligstoelen, gras en een barbecue – perfect voor lange avonden onder de zon van Marbella. Op meerdere terrassen kunnen jullie samen ontspannen.



    De villa heeft directe privétoegang tot een natuurlijke kiezelstrand, ideaal voor een rustige ochtendduik weg van de drukte. De omgeving is authentiek en natuurlijk, perfect voor wie privacy en contact met de natuur zoekt. De boulevard van San Pedro de Alcántara met restaurants, winkels en cafés ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen.



    Binnen heeft elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer. De villa beschikt over airconditioning, Wi-Fi en een was-droogcombinatie. Handdoeken zijn aanwezig en er is privéparkeergelegenheid op het terrein.

Pros: Mooie villa met een verwarmd zwembad tegen meerkosten. Dicht bij het strand. Porta Banus op loopafstand (45 min.) Omgeving rondom villa is wat slordig. Wij , groep van 10 personen (ouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen) hebben ontzettend genoten. Begeleiding van Michelle is prima.

Pros: Wij verbleven er 1 week met 8 personen. Het huis was comfortabel en ruim en geeft ieder genoeg privacy. Boodschappen waren een beetje ver weg, we liepen heen en bestelden terug met boodschappen een taxi! Goed idee van meneer Santiago, die zowiezo erg behulpzaam was. Zwembad en tuin werden gedurende de week schoongemaakt en onderhouden, mooie tuin! Paar restaurants in de buurt, verder in het dorp veel meer, 20 minuten lopen. Kortom fijne week gehad. Bedankt Mr. King, via mail en Mr. Santiago, die bij aankomst en vertrek aanwezig was en steeds telefonisch bereikbaar, heel prettig contact!!!

Just off the beach, a private home with space for everyone. We had a group ages 20-80 years old and everyone has their own room and bathroom, We loved the backyard, outdoor grill and all the terraces. Our host and caretaker were super responsive and made the stay very easy.

We (a group of 8 ladies) have had a wonderful five night stay in this gorgeous villa. There was so much room for us all, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garden area is beautiful and private and the beach is literally over the road. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars a 15 minute walk away plus a couple on the beach next to the villa. Our host was exceptional at communication and incredibly helpful.He also recommended some fabulous restaurants to try plus an amazing, and very reasonably priced, private chef who catered for us one memorable evening!We highly recommend this wonderful home!

Mila and Santiago were really helpful leading up to our stay and during the stay, I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone with families or for men on a Golfing Holiday 👍 We hope to go back at some point Alan & Nicola, Faye & Shawn and Jessica & Finley xxx ❤️

Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und war sehr sauber. Ein paar Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein kleine Auffrischung würde guttun.

Pros: We are a group of grown-ups who go to Spain every year to have a good time together and relax. We have now been in this fantastic and wonderful house - everything is just in a very good shape. The house is very cosy and the swimmingpool is just perfect for a refreshing dip. From the undisturped backyard you have access directly to the beach and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants. All in all this have been a fantastic vacation. Wish we could stay for a couple more days.

Pros: This was our first visit to Spain.It was above and beyond our expectations. San Pedro / Marbella area is easy to navigate and beautiful as well. The villa was more than comfortable for the 4 of us, the decor was beautiful, and especially loved the modern, and plentiful bathrooms. The owners were more than helpful getting us situated, and very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We can not wait to return to Spain and this specific villa.
