Atlantis, Golf del Sur

This is one of the most desired locations in the complex due to the wonderful sea views! A comfortable and colourful self-catering villa with the living room looking out over the 9th green of the north course of Golf Del Sur. This self-catering villa has an over-sized terrace with plenty of room for everyone with you on holiday! Perfect for watching the Golfers! San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use. Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with blackout curtains. Plenty of space in the wardrobes and a window with shutters you can open to enjoy the fresh air. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a large en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has single beds, bedside table and lamp, a fitted wardrobe and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has patio doors with shutters leading to the terrace with views of the golf course.
The master bathroom has a tub and a separate shower.
Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need in a self-catering villa. Included is a washing machine, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven. The living area has one sofa and two comfortable armchairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, television and large patio doors leading to back terrace. Internet is included at no extra charge. The Villa has Air-Conditioning (chargeable). The dining area table and chairs seat 4-5 people.

San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.
