Flats in San Marcos

'Convenient location, comfortable beds, kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking. It was great for our group of 4.'

'Really cute place. Super clean & within walking distance to a lot. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful week long stay. The condo was clean, accurately described in the description, and very well stocked. The host was very prompt and attentive in answering any and all questions. We enjoyed how quiet it was and how we were able to relax and enjoy the pool, river, and grounds. Watching the deer every morning and afternoon became routine. We love New Braunfels and will definitely be back.'

The internet/wifi was trash. The tvs are internet only so that was fun. Bought board games to entertain the family at night.'

'There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty. The biggest issue was the HOA decided to paint our front door and leave it unlocked while we were away. This wasn’t the owners problem. They attempted to have the...
