ESCAPE to Waterwheel Resort Condominiums in Beautiful New Braunfels, Texas. Our COMFORTABLE, RELAXING and well-equipped condominium is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River just 5 blocks from Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Comal River. You will be amazed at all there is to do here. IMAGINE yourself RELAXING in one of our 2 SWIMMING POOLS or 4 HOT TUBS. There are picnic tables and BBQ grills located under the Pecan trees next to the pool/hot tub area in a large, beautiful park-like setting.

Our CLEAN (see our reviews) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor (just 35 steps from the elevator) overlooking the park-like setting, pool and the Guadalupe River. You will enjoy this relaxing view from the large balcony which can be accessed directly from the living room. It is a great place to enjoy a good book and a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the afternoon or evening with friends and/or family members.

Inside the living area you will find a very comfortable leather sleeper sofa (with a memory foam mattress) and love seat to relax on while you watch cable TV on the 40” smart screen LCD TV. In the fully stocked kitchen you will find everything you need. There is a Kuerig coffeemaker with pods as well as a drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, coffee, assorted creamers and sweeteners, dishwasher, microwave, full-size range, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishes/utensils and blender for those refreshing frozen concoctions you love to enjoy while on vacation.

In the master bedroom you will find a flat screen television. The bathrooms also were upgraded when built with custom counter tops and custom tiled showers. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed.
Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space with extra blankets and pillows. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well.

You will also enjoy have a reserved parking place next to the elevator.

The charming Texas Hill Country has an abundance of things to do as well. Fishing and water sports are also available at picturesque Canyon Lake. Still need more to do? The #1 OUTLET MALL in the country is located just a short 10 minute drive up Interstate 35 in nearby San Marcos along with the San Marcos River. During PEACH SEASON (May through August), Fredericksburg is just a short drive away. Besides delicious peaches, Fredericksburg is known for German Biergartens and great shopping especially antiques. You will also find several wineries and the President Lyndon Johnson home and ranch there. Austin is only 44 miles away and is home to the Texas State Capitol and the LBJ Presidential Museum.

And not to be forgotten is New Braunfels’ Wurstfest celebration, a 10-day salute to sausage every year during the first of November.
