Live out the coastal getaway of your dreams at exclusive Villa Cortez, a secluded 3-bedroom villa located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach. Nestled in the Tierra De Paraiso building & kitty-corner to the Pismo pier, this thoughtfully conceived villa is 100 steps from the front door to sand. Villa Cortez gives you front row access to Pismo’s energetic pulse without any of the stress or hassle. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to your villa through your gated entrance and private elevator for some luxurious unwinding.

The living space is equipped with a gas fireplace, theater-style viewing flat-panel television and state of the art overhead surround sound, and comfy leather sofas to sink into. All rooms are appointed with queen beds, sumptuous bedding, flat-panel televisions, and cable to accommodate individual viewing preferences. The first floor overlooks the central courtyard featuring a stone enclosed fireplace with communal seating, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or enjoying your morning coffee.

Also available for your use is a shared Barbeque area.

Nice but noise

Nice accommodations but the master bedroom’s bed is too small unless you normally sleep on a queen. You cant sleep in due to the noise and the curtains in the master bedroom. Everything else was perfect.

So close to everything

We loved the proximity to the beach, dining and shops. The place was quiet and had everything you need. Our cars were secure in the gated garage and there was no need to drive anywhere because everything is so close. Would definitely stay again.

Family Reunion and High School Graduation!

We all so enjoyed this condo and it’s location. We were there for a Family Reunion and High School Graduation and we all had such a wonderful time. The location is absolutely fantastic. Pismo Pier is right out the door, so we walked to the beach everyday. They had a Farmer’s Market at the pier and a lot going on. We were able to walk to eat and get coffee in the morning. Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The fact that we had are own parking was so great. Didn’t have to hassle with parking and felt safe at all times. The condo was clean and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our time there.. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking breakfast…. Highly recommend this condo for a family vacation. Love Pismo Beach and the surrounding area…

Very nice villa!

Beautifully decorated, with every convenience you could want in a VRBO. Great location steps to the Pismo Beach Pier and Main Street with shops, restaurants, bars and coffee. Attention housekeeping It needs more than 15 hangers for a couple staying 4 nights and why only 2 wash clothes??? The check-in process was like playing “break-out” seriously antiquated!!! It’s a hell of a long drive from LAX and having to navigate multiple instructions and combination locks at midnight to get a dam key was not fun🤬!!! Buy a f#%^$ WiFi deadbolt and move into the 21st century!!! Still a 5 star stay.

Incredible location and beautiful home

This property exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful property and building and steps from the beach. You walk out the door of the building and you are right in the main square facing the gorgeous pier. The home was beautiful and nice to spend down time in, had everything we needed

Week long stay at Pismo beach

Property was clean and well maintained. Very close to the pier and beach, garage access for 2 cars, good wifi connections. VRBO advertisement mentioned asking about 4 night free, but I enquired after booking so didn’t get it. We booked for 6 nights and they offered us the 7 th night for free. We couldn’t stay the 7 th night but they still wouldn’t reimburse for a free night. Overall great property and a comfortable stay, just had an issue with how it advertised the 4 night free.

Fantastic beach trip

So if you have small children and are worried about covid, this place has some issues. It’s right on the Pier. So a lot of traffic. A fair amount of noise till 10 pm if your kids go to bed early. And this is a crowded area including the beach area since it’s connected to the pier and beach shops. If that doesn’t concern you, then this place is awesome. Easy access to shops, restaurants. 3 minute walk to the ocean. Clean fully stocked place. The garage storage has 5 boogie boards, some beach toys, and a bunch of umbrellas/ tents. A few chairs as well. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand. No concerns with the place or management.

What a gem!

Clean, and inviting. The kitchen had all essential items needed. The best thing was the location. Next to the beach. The two parking spots were awesome as I watched the traffic jam from all the people circling waiting for a spot. The beach closet had a canopy, chairs, boogie boards, and spike ball and a cooler. The condo is on the 2nd floor above a surf shop we rented wet suits and surf boards. The neighbors were friendly and awesome. This place turned our vacation into a paradise!
