« Location could not be better! It was on the beach, walking distance to everything you might want or need. The place was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities you might want. Definitely want to stay there again. The hosts were quick to respond to a question I had at the beginning. Can't wait to go back. »

« The stay was pleasant, comfortable and convenient. Upon first arrival, we had some difficulty with the entry code. I had been driving all day and hadn’t seen the email that was sent with instructions so I called the owner who returned my call immediately with instructions and we were in. I later found the email. « This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ...
