Experience Pismo Beach like never before in this attractive condo in Bella Vista, a gated secured complex - only steps from the pier. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, quiet building but just a short walk downhill two blocks to the beach. Steps to all downtown has to offer this is the perfect location. Location is the top mention in our five star reviews. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom and luxurious king bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs on the high definition flat screen TV. With a queen bed in the second bedroom and a comfy sleeper sofa in the living room (pillows and linens provided), this home away from home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room provides another HDTV; both are smart TVs that are fully equipped with streaming TV: we provide YouTubeTV for all your sports watching. After a long day at the beach, come home and watch a Blu Ray DVD, or listen to music on the Sonos streaming music system. The fully equipped kitchen has a window overlooking the beautiful courtyard. A brand new refrigerator was installed recently with filtered water and ice on the door. With the kitchen window open you can hear the peaceful courtyard fountain. This is a single level condo with elevator access to the front door. Gated parking for 1 vehicle, parking pass for one additional vehicle. Full size washer and dryer. We have stayed here multiple times now and the hosts are great! Very responsive and provide good intelligence about the area. Restaurants and Pismo pier are within easy walking distance. This year I suffered a leg injury before arrival and was very happy they have an elevator to the second floor.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This property is perfectly situated close enough to everything within walking distance & just far enough away from the busyness of downtown. We celebrated my son’s 15th bday, I was comfortable with him walking around to explore safely. clean & safe with secure parking & locking gates. Would absolutely return!

There were five of us, so we used both beds and the pull out couch. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo, since we were out and about most of the time. Had we spent a lot of time there, it would have been a little tight for us. The location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants was perfect. We had two cars, so parking for both vehicles was much appreciated. Very clean and beachy decor. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Neighbors and area are quiet after 10:00 PM. Highly recommend!

superb! the location to the beach and restaurants is just a short easy walk. Host was quick to respond to any of our needs and questions. Comfortable beds and very clean. We will definitely stay here again for a family trip.

Impressive location and condo. Photos don’t do it justice. Modern, perfectly equipped, spotless, roomy enough for all to lounge, view of ocean from balcony and bedroom, comfy beds. 2 blocks to pier. Footsteps to shops and restaurants. Exceptional communication from friendly host who also gave me wonderful breakfast and coffee locations. We recommend Honeymoon Cafe for breakfast. Kulturehaus for microbrewery and yummy lunch. Great tidepooling areas within minutes’ drive. Will return!

Perfect Family Weekend Getaway

The Hosts were super efficient in communicating with picture how to check in. Once inside there were numerous laminated cards explaining all the amenities. The location could not have been more perfect. 2 blocks from everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, fun, everything. We walked the 2 blocks to the beach faster than the cars could make it 1 block. As everyone was stressing over parking and traffic we walked 2 blocks and went everywhere. Plus the apartment was spacious with a family of 5. The gated building was very nice and has a well kept courtyard with nice mature plants. Overall very welcoming, clean and we loved it!!

A fun stay at Pismo with easy access to downtown!

Our family had a very nice stay at this spacious condo just steps away from all the Pismo hot spots, restaurants, and the beach/pier! In our down time we all put together a puzzle and did some coloring in a color book. This was a relaxing stay with all the amenities we'd want. The owner took pride in helping to make our stay comfortable and was responsive when we had a question. We hope to come again soon for another stay!
