Flats in San Juan

'Many restaurants nearby; property is near the heart of San Juan's most desirable tourist districts (Condado). Condo itself has swimming pool, laundry, and gym.'

'We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

Listing said this condo has access to the beach. It doesn't. There's very little sand and no way to access the beach - just FYI for others.
