Super convenient for short term or long term stay. Minutes to the 280, 680 and 101 freeway, San Jose Mineta International Airport, Caltrain Station, Tamien Lightrail Station. 2 miles from high-end shopping at Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall. 2 miles from Downtown San Jose, Tech Museum, Children's Museum, Willow Glen and more! Walking distance to shopping center, groceries stores and restaurants.
Living space:
You will have access to the entire main house. The lower floor has 3 rooms and three restrooms. The upper floor has a master bedroom and 1 bathroom. Each room has a Queen sized bed.

There's a small in-law house in the back with it's own entrance that has its own tenant. The washer and dryer is in a lockable room and is shared with the separate unit in the back.

Security:
For your secuirty, there are 2 Ring Flood Light Motion Cameras on the OUTSIDE of the building.
Camera 1 is on the left side of the house facing the patio furniture.
Camera 2 is on the right side of the house facing the driveway on the right-side of the house.
Ring Doorbell at the front door.
All cameras are OUTSIDE the house, there are no cameras in use inside the house. None of the cameras face inside the house. They only record when there is motion detected outside of the house. Footage is automatically erased and is not saved.

This home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for 8 of us. Kitchen was great, not alot of pans or utensils but we always bring ours cause my son has celiac. Beautiful home and comfy. Close to downtown, easy access to SAP Center. We would definitely stay again.

After a technical glitch with getting the check in details, we enjoyed our stay here. It was a central location to the places and people we were there to see. A short drive to grocery stores and other shopping. The gate in front of the property helped us feel safe and secure. Hosts are very responsive to renters and helped us have a great trip. Three of the bedrooms on the main floor and one suite upstairs gave us ample room to spread out.

This was the perfect place for us to rent for what we went to San Jose for. Quick car ride to all 3 of the event. 3 minute walk away there is a safeway, mcdonalds and walgreens. If we come back to San Jose, we will be staying at this place again.Owner was geeat to deal with and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice house

The house was perfect for a group of 6. Nice bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Living area was comfortable. Kitchen and dining area were very nice. Also the house was very clean. Did find used soap in the shower of the far bedroom which was yucky. The reason for the four stars was due to the parking situation. The pictures make it look like a lots of parking when there’s actually only two spots. The street parking is very very limited. We really enjoyed our stayed in this very nice house.

Booking went smooth, I didn’t get check in instructions until the day of but Linda was easy to contact and responsive. House was great super spacious we all had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen living room area nice and spacious easily accommodated our big group! House was very clean maybe too clean as the bleach smell was very prominent. Beds were super comfy and so were the pillows. Good parking inside the home we fell very secure with the gate. Location was awesome very close to downtown SJ, Alameda area, lots of good restaurants and food near by. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Family funeral in SJ

My family traveled to SJ for funeral services for my mother. This house allowed us to stay together and attend services. House was as advertised, spacious and clean. Great communication with host. Parking is also as listed, two cars and not much available on the street. We knew and accepted that. Overall great experience

Very clean and fresh

My daughter said to say that every streaming service offered was signed in and easy to use and they could watch anything they wanted. The house was very clean and seemed newly renovated. Although we didn't use all the appliances, the ones we used all worked. I like that it had a security gate.
