'After arriving from a long International flight, I called the hotel to find out where I get the Van to the hotel. Unfortunately, I dont speak spanish and the hotel staff doesnt speak English. I phoned the hotel but the rude receptionist hang up on me more than 4 times because she xouldnt speak English. Very Frustating! 'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'For those who prefer a small hotel, this is the ideal place. Our room was perfect, had a balcony witha very nice view on the snow covered Andes. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great.'
