'Property is perfect for a single or a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Centrally located to Santana Row, next to shopping center. Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. Strongly recommend this property. '

'Shorebirds Getaway was a lovely place to stay, directly on the beach! The whole condo was clean and cozy. My family enjoyed relaxing and looking out at the unspoiled views of the bay. Not a far distance from either Santa Cruz or Monterey so it was a nice home base for our daytime adventures. We also enjoyed a kayak tour at Elkhorn Slough, only a 15 min drive away. 'This unit initially got my attention because it is a ground floor unit and we are traveling with my elderly mother. As I compared it to other units, I noticed that this unit has a lot more windows than other units, so we booked it. I'm so glad we did, it was perfect for us. The front door is at street level but it's actually above the parking garage so the kitchen, dining room and living room windows and balcony make you feel you are on the second floor.
