'We decided to take a last minute trip to SPI and found this property on VRBO . We left Dallas late around 2 pm and were afraid of arriving at SPI late which we did 11 pm the 24 hour security station made it easy and convenient to check in on our own time. The condo was so big and spacious and nice . It was myself my husband our 3 kids and his parents and a nephew . We all plenty of room to sleep. 'We got a super deal much cheaper than other places in the same area. I was skeptical, however pleasantly surprised! The 2 bed 2 bath apartment was a nice size, and clean. Even with them allowing pets there was no pet smell or over used cleaner smell trying to hide anything. The location is fantastic. Easy to get to the beach, and Kelly's Pub right down the road. 'We have stayed in this building the past three years. It's close to the beach, and to our favorite bars and restaurants. The place is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the unit itself or the owner, but with the other guests who violated just about every rule. '

'Went on a crowded July 4th weekend, and the property maintenance staff were working hard to keep the pools cleaned, trees trimmed, trash cleaned up, and most importantly - parking spaces free from other beachgoers. Went to dinner at the Marriott next door - zero parking, and guests were having to park across the street. Ended up dropping everyone off and parking back at our condo to walk. The beach was convenient, and the host was very communicative and nice.'
