'Rooms needed upgrade. Not full renovation but the basics. Beds were outdated. AC wasn’t fully working. The toilets had cracks and dirty from over the years. Was not safe at all. Homeless live in front. They stare at you when you go inside your room. We got woken up at 3 am due to fighting upstairs and when we looked outside, people were fighting and playing loud music! And the property owner lives there also!! We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get any replacement towels. We had to almost beg for 4...

'This is the hotel we stay at whenever we are in Ontario. Always an easy check in. Rooms are always clean and amenities are there for whenever we need them. Staff is super friendly.'

'First off the staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious the decor was modern which I love. The kitchen did have utensils and other dishware that came in handy which was a huge plus. The ac worked amazing jad the room nice and cool. The reasons I did not rate a 5 star was for the following: 1. The elevator was down and not in service, 2. 'We were welcomed very friendly, pick up from the airport was quick and the ride was very smooth. Compassionate employees '

'Stayed a night to go to Grand Canyon and some shopping. Friendly staff, good beds and shower and WiFi and pool although jacuzzi was out of order. Breakfast does not meet the hurdle, bad Coffee/ scrambeld eggs not good. Isn't worth the money. '

'This place was everything that it was said to be therefore I gave it a good rating however it is not uncommon to have flights going over your place in the middle of the morning due to Asian flight time arrivals. Also trash cans were being moved at 3 o’clock in the morning on rollers makes a little bit of noise woke me up.'
